It is a small walk that starts from the town of Arenas towards the South. After passing the Puente Casaño and before crossing the Cares Bridge, we find a path on the right that goes into a forest of oak and chestnut trees. The road climbs parallel to the Poncebos road and the Cares river, from where we will have beautiful views of Arenas and Portudera.
After an hour of comfortable climb and without leaving the track, we reached the winters of Vanu, where a small recreational area has been built from which a magnificent view of the Picu Urriellu or Naranjo de Bulnes is contemplated.
We continue the path and begin to descend towards the cabins of Muniama, which according to tradition were the origin of the villages of Arenas and Poo. We continue down the area known as the Dejesu until we reach a paved road with little traffic that will take us right to the town of Arenas
